Starting in the town of Marinha-Grande, known in the district of Leiria for its industry, but just a few kilometres from our Atlantic coast, this route takes us past all the beaches from Praia do Vale Furado to São Pedro de Moel, where we enter the forest passing through the Vale dos Pirilampos, to finish in Marinha-Grande. A 54km route with a difficulty of 2/5, perfect for all types of people, especially those with less cycling experience. It's a quiet ride, mostly on secondary roads.
