    Join us in a cosy and serene yoga hall in the vibrant area of Kypseli for a 60-minute Soft Morning Vinyasa Flow - a practice suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

    All equipment is provided (yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets), and the studio offers bathrooms and showers so you can freshen up before continuing your day in Athens.

    A unique feature of this experience is the music: a curated playlist of soulful pieces composed by well-known and contemporary Greek artists. After class, you’ll receive the playlist along with suggestions to explore more Greek music on your own.

    Before you head out, choose from a selection of aromatic teas to enjoy on the go - an easy way to carry a moment of mindfulness into the rest of your day.
