    After the ritual, you participate in a micro-cooking workshop where you learn traditional techniques: kneading, shaping, and preparing a typical Apulian dish (orecchiette, focaccia, or panzerotti, depending on the season).
    The cuisine is simple, Mediterranean, made with genuine ingredients and traditional techniques.

    The evening continues with a convivial dinner: you taste authentic dishes, listen to traditional stories, and experience a warm and welcoming family atmosphere.
