    Let's start with the Cité, the historical cradle of Angers, perched on a spur overlooking the Maine River. People settled here as early as the Neolithic period, and it was on this very site that the majestic Château d'Angers was built. From the Promenade du Bout du Monde, we will enjoy a stunning panorama of the Doutre area, located 'Outre-Maine', which has retained all its medieval charm with its half-timbered houses, narrow streets and historic mansions.

    Finally, we'll conclude the tour in the city centre, the commercial and bourgeois heart of the city, which was laid out in the Middle Ages but profoundly remodeled in the 19th and 20th centuries.
