Pickup is just outside the Cruise Terminal in an air conditioned bus. Water and soft drinks are on board. At the park you can leave a bag with your valuables, towel, dry clothes and flip flops for after the tour on the bus. You'll meet the local waterfall guides (your Iguana Mama guide stays with you throughout), be issued a life jacket, helmet and a bottle of water for the hike up. Only waterproof cameras recommended. A moderate 40 minute uphill hike gets you to the 7th waterfall where your real fun begins when you jump, slide and swim your way through a series of waterfalls and canyons. Don't worry if you don't want to jump, there is always another way down. Once back down at the first fall it's about a 15-minute hike back to the visitor centre for lunch and a well earned rum and coke! After changing into your dry clothes enjoy a delicious and varied Dominican buffet lunch. Local rum is included. After lunch we head back to port. This tour is for cruise ship passengers only.
