What you can expect

Day 1: Departing from Cusco, embark on an exhilarating three-hour downhill mountain biking adventure to Huamanmarca. Enjoy lunch in Santa Teresa and optionally raft on the Urubamba River before settling in Santa Rosa for the night.

Day 2: Trek from Santa Teresa, gradually ascending with stops to explore local flora and fauna, crossing a section of the Inca Trail. Lunch in Quellomayo, relax in Cocalmayo Hot Springs, and end the day with dinner and an overnight stay in Santa Teresa.

Day 3: Trek from Santa Teresa to Aguas Calientes, with an optional canopy zip-lining activity. Enjoy a three-hour hike through Aobamba Valley, lunch in HidroElectrica, and a scenic walk along railway tracks to reach Aguas Calientes. Relax in hot springs and explore the town.

Day 4: Start the day with a 4:30 AM uphill hike or bus ride to Machu Picchu citadel from Aguas Calientes. Take a two-hour guided tour exploring the main plaza, farming terraces, temples, and more. Optionally hike to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu mountain, or walk to the Sun Gate for panoramic views. Return to Aguas Calientes, board the evening train to Ollantaytambo, and transfer back to Cusco by 9:30 PM.
