    • When the shared quad bike option is selected, participants ride two guests per quad bike. If the number of travellers in the booking is uneven and one guest is left without a riding partner, that person must use a single quad bike. The individual quad bike upgrade will be charged directly at check-in.
    • The meal included in this experience consists of one Mexican dish chosen from the à la carte options available on the day of the tour. This meal is part of the regular service and cannot be modified for dietary needs, allergies, food restrictions, or personal preferences.
    • Pets and companion animals are not allowed on this tour. For safety and operational reasons, guests may not bring animals on the transport or into any part of the experience.
    • To help preserve the cenote’s natural water, guests who plan to swim must avoid entering with body products such as sun cream, insect repellent, creams, lotions, oils, or similar substances.
    • Travellers should not bring luggage on this excursion. Only small personal belongings, compact bags, or small backpacks are permitted. The transport units are used for passenger movement throughout the operation and may continue serving the route during the day. For this reason, they cannot be used to store, guard, or monitor suitcases, large bags, or extra belongings.
    • Each quad bike may carry no more than 2 travellers.
    • Guests who wish to drive an quad bike must be at least 16 years old and must present a valid permit or driving licence.
    • For safety reasons, weight limits apply to certain activities. The maximum permitted weight is 110 kg for the zipline circuit and 120 kg for horseback riding.

Activity itinerary

Travellers will arrive at the eco-park ready for a day filled with jungle energy, refreshing water, cultural tradition, and outdoor adventure. The experience begins with a brief Mayan ceremony, creating a meaningful introduction. The route continues with time to explore and swim in a cavern cenote, where fresh underground waters offer one of the most refreshing moments of the day. A life jacket is included for this part of the experience, allowing travellers to enjoy the cenote. After the cenote, the adventure continues with a short rappel descent of approximately 13 ft / 4 m, followed by a jungle quad bike circuit that adds speed, dust, movement, and outdoor excitement. The zipline portion brings height and fun to the experience, with a circuit of 5 ziplines plus 1 water zipline. This part of the activity lets travellers enjoy the landscape from above before adding a splash of excitement on the aquatic line. Certified bilingual guides accompany the tour, and adventure equipment is included for the activities. Lockers are also provided to safeguard belongings during the experience. To close the day, travellers will enjoy a homemade Mexican dish with fresh natural water during the meal.
