Overview

Your journey begins in picturesque Positano, a town nestled between the hills and crystal clear sea of the Amalfi Coast. Here you can admire the view from the surrounding mountain and stroll through the narrow streets of the historic centre dotted with fashion and local craft shops. Taste the local cuisine, famous for its fresh fish dishes and Mediterranean vegetables.

Afterwards, your tour will take you to refined Sorrento, the pearl of the Sorrento peninsula. Visit the historic centre and discover its hidden treasures, such as the Cathedral of Sorrento, the Baroque churches and the suggestive Cloister of San Francesco. Don't forget to taste the limoncello, a local liqueur made with local lemons.

Positano is perhaps a unique place in the world! It is a jewel of spontaneous architecture, set on the rock overlooking the sea. Clusters of colourful houses, sometimes with a cubic appearance, are built on often very steep steps, which descend to the beach, connected by alleys and long stairways.

And still today going on that sea - with blue and green reflections, in a thousand different shades according to the play of the sun - one can imagine that the Sirens emerge from the waves - beautiful and persuasive. But perhaps Sorrento is a Siren who captivates and bewitches with the scents of lemon and orange trees, with olive trees with dark twisted trunks and silver leaves that move slowly, with a slight sound, in the wind that comes from the sea, with rocks born from the distant fury of a volcano.

Pompeii is a city in Campania, located in the Gulf of Naples and on the slopes of the Vesuvius volcano. It is a city with very ancient origins: it was born as an Oscan settlement, was later inhabited by the Samnites and then, starting from the first century BC, conquered by the Romans. City buried by the eruption of Vesuvius. Today it is known as the city where there is one of the most important archaeological sites in the world. The Roman city was in fact buried by lava following the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. The lava and ash have been a sort of cover which has allowed the city to maintain itself over the centuries and to be protected from bad weather; for this very reason the city has remained intact and can be visited today. Note: Remaining time is for the return ride and time between attractions.
