The tour kicks off with a visit to the winery, where we'll explain our production philosophy and the main wine-making processes. Then, we'll head out to the vineyards, where we'll tell you the storey of the company.
You'll taste six of the most iconic Tuscan wines, learning about their history, the terroir, and their visual, olfactory, and gustatory characteristics. By the end of the experience, you'll have a complete idea of what a Chianti, a Brunello, and a Supertuscan wine are.
The wines will be paired with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses and Tuscan bread with our award-winning extra virgin olive oil, whose production process is illustrated and carefully tasted to appreciate the organoleptic profile.
