Embark on a delicious and cultural experience in Villajoyosa, one of the most picturesque villages on the Costa Blanca. We'll start with a guided tour of its legendary chocolate factory, where you'll learn about the history of this centuries-old tradition, visit its museum, and enjoy an irresistible tasting of various types of cocoa at the end of the tour.
Does not include a cooking class or workshop.
Afterwards, we will head to a smaller, locally owned factory, where we will be able to taste their delicious chocolate during our visit, and they will explain its history and all the characteristics of chocolate to us in greater detail. At the end of the tour, we will once again indulge in a variety of locally produced chocolates.
Now it's time to burn off all the chocolate you've eaten during the visits! You will have time at your leisure to stroll through the historic centre of Villajoyosa, world-renowned for its colourful houses overlooking the Mediterranean. You will explore its narrow streets, the ancient Renaissance city wall, and charming spots that tell the storey of the town's seafaring past. You can also browse the craft shops, take spectacular photos, or relax by the sea.
This tour combines flavours, culture, and unique landscapes: a perfect way to get to know Villajoyosa through its chocolate, its traditions, and its beauty.
