Lagunas de la Mata and Torrevieja Natural Park
We'll start our adventure in Alicante and head towards Torrevieja. After a short stop, we'll enter the Lagunas de la Mata and Torrevieja Nature Park to admire the salt mountains. We can't miss the pink that stands out in its lagoon due to the natural phenomenon that forms in the wetland. After a visit to the salt flats and contemplating this unique landscape that will leave us with one of the most original photographs, we'll continue our journey.
Boat to Tabarca
Our next stop will be at the port of Santa Pola to take the boat that takes us to the island of Tabarca. Being 1,800 metres long and just 400 metres wide, you can easily walk around the whole island. There are no cars on its streets. Just the sea, seaside houses, and amazing people. Tabarca makes all its visitors fall in love, whether they're adventurers, Mediterranean lovers, or water tourism enthusiasts. After a short guided tour of the island, you'll have free time for a swim, to take photos, and to try its delicious cuisine.

We'll take the boat back to Santa Pola, where we'll discover its past as a Roman port on a brief visit to its old town, to learn about its rich history marked by the sea. Then you'll have free time to explore the streets, beaches, or the port of this fishing town.
