What you can expect

  • Embark on a beautiful and informative tour of the Finca Badenes area to learn about olive cultivation and local olive oil production. Savour some olive oil during a guided tasting. Settle in for a lovely Mediterranean dinner among the olive trees.
    Start with a refreshing walk through the Finca Badenes area, where you'll get to know the 3 types of cultivation that exist worldwide: super intensive, intensive, and traditional.

    Then move on to the oil mill area to learn about the mechanical process of obtaining EVOO. Pick up insights into the process of production.

    At the end of the tour, learn how to do an organoleptic tasting with the professionals of the laboratory of Aires de Jaén. Top off the visit with a tasting menu of our traditional gastronomy, paired with our EVOOs. cortijeras or country rice.
