What you can expect

  • Day 1: Addis Ababa – Lake Ziway – Langano

    Depart from Addis Ababa and drive through the scenic Rift Valley. Stop at Lake Ziway for birdwatching before heading to Lake Langano for relaxation and swimming in a family-friendly lodge.

    Day 2: Langano – Shalla & Abijatta Lakes – Arba Minch

    Explore Abijatta-Shalla National Park, famous for flamingos and pelicans. Continue south to Arba Minch, with scenic stops along the way. Overnight at a lakeside lodge in Arba Minch.

    Day 3: Arba Minch – Lake Chamo Safari & Dorze Village

    Take a boat trip on Lake Chamo to spot hippos, crocodiles, and exotic birds. In the afternoon, visit the Dorze people to experience weaving, cooking, and cultural traditions. Overnight in Arba Minch.

    Day 4: Arba Minch – Addis Ababa & Departure

    Drive back through the Rift Valley to Addis Ababa, stopping at viewpoints and markets along the way. Evening transfer to the airport for departure.
