Begin your Arctic adventure with a scenic drive to a lakeside sauna. If the aurora appears during the drive, stop to enjoy the show.

Upon arrival, gather in a wooden grill hut (eldkåta) where you grill sausages over an open fire while the sauna heats up. This is a warm and relaxing moment to settle in before entering the sauna.

In the anteroom, undress and then enter the sauna. Sauna according to the Scandinavian sauna culture. Here you are naked in the sauna but it is not a compulsion and swimwear is allowed. Change in a unisex changing room.

Once inside the wood-fired sauna, your guide will guide the ice bath for those who want to participate in that activity. There is also the opportunity to cool off in the arctic snow under the starry sky with the possibility of seeing the northern lights.
