We will meet in the square where Porta Praetoria is located, an important Roman landmark and the starting point of our walking tour. From here, we will begin exploring the region’s rich gastronomic tradition while strolling through the historic streets of Aosta.

Mura di Aosta

On our way to the first stop, we will stroll alongside the historic city walls, a powerful reminder of Aosta’s ancient past. Our first tasting will be a cold cuts board paired with a glass of local wine, featuring a selection of traditional cured meats that showcase the authentic flavours of the Aosta Valley.

Piazza Emile Chanoux

Continuing through Piazza Émile Chanoux, we reach the second stop for a cheese tasting. Here, you will sample a variety of local cheeses, a true highlight of the region’s mountain cuisine, produced using time-honored alpine methods.
