Discover San Miguel Art Class is a bilingual class in english and spanish that explores Pre Hispanic beauty and aesthetics from a historical/cultural lens, Mexican and San Miguel traditions, architecture, and interesting curiosities. We will begin with a brief orientation and demonstration on how to draw or paint your idea. Students will choose their favourite topic, portrait, still life or landscape. Students will also choose painting and or drawing and their mediums: charcoals, pastels, watercolours , acrylic or oils. You will work in a beautiful glamour industrial fully stocked professional art studio with studio lighting, great ventilation with a master artist available to troubleshoot. At the end of class, students will enjoy an art work that they can take home and frame as a beautiful memory of their experience! This is a 4 day consecutive comprehensive art class from 10am to 4pm. Drawing in the morning and painting in the afternoon. All equipment, reference materials, photos, and art materials are included. Models are an additional cost of $25.00usd and one week in advance booking is needed to secure the model.
