Trekking boots ( Gore-Tex models recommended) and gaiters

Pair of glacier glasses with side cobres (100% UV), headlamp, sleeping bag, hiking poles, mattress, utensils, sun cream, lip balm, water bottles, large backpack, camera, batteries, personal hygiene kit, personal first-aid kit
