Come and enjoy a 2-hour surfing experience at Praia de Carcavelos, one of the best-known and most consistent spots on the Cascais coast, ideal for all levels, from beginners to more advanced surfers. Our lessons are designed to provide a safe and fun introduction to surfing, or to help those who already have some experience improve their technique.

The experience begins with a brief welcome and gear preparation, where you will be provided with all the necessary equipment, including a neoprene wetsuit and a surfboard, always appropriate for the sea conditions and your level. Then, we do a warm-up and a theoretical explanation on the sand, where you will learn the basics of surfing, such as safety at sea, positioning on the board, and the take-off technique.

During the practical part in the water, you will always be accompanied by experienced and certified instructors, who will give you constant feedback and help you catch the best waves according to your level. Our goal is to ensure that you feel comfortable, safe and, above all, that you have fun while you learn.

Classes are organised in small groups to ensure personalised attention, allowing for faster progress and a better experience for each student. Whether it's your first time or you're looking to improve your performance, we tailor the class to your needs.

At the end of the 2 hours, you will come out of the water with a better understanding of the ocean, more confidence on the board, and most likely with a desire to come back.
