What you can expect

For a unique pastry class experience in Paris, Chef Noémie welcomes you in her charming cooking school.

Noémie is a graduate from the famous Lenotre Culinary Institute, one of the best patisserie schools in the world, and will teach you all the secrets behind those delicious French pastries. Get guided step-by-step during the 2-hour hands-on baking class, and discover all the hidden techniques behind 2 or 3 famous French deserts such as Paris-Brest, molten chocolate cake, and Grand Marnier Soufflés. Depending on the season the chef will the most appropriate desserts to make.

After the class, sit down to taste all the delicious deserts you've made over cup of tea or coffee in Noémie's beautiful loft-style atelier, and then head home to impress all your friends and family with your new-found skills.
