Explore the great wilderness of Sichuan on horseback as soon as you arrive, an intense and immediate adventure. Day 0 – Heading for the Highlands At 5pm we pick you up at your Inn in Chengdu. The road gradually rises to the mountains of Aba. Late arrival in a Tibetan village, homestay and first night in the heart of the highlands. Day 1 – A full day riding in the vastness When you wake up, meet the Tibetan horses. Then you go for a full day of hiking through endless meadows, scenic ridges and wild valleys. The rhythm of the horse, the wind of the plateaus, the yaks in the distance — a total immersion in Tibetan Sichuan. Return home at the end of the day for a traditional dinner and a friendly evening. Day 2 – Last gallops and return to Chengdu After Breakfast, you go back on horseback for a final exploration. You ride until about 3pm, enjoying the freedom of the great outdoors one last time. In the afternoon, return by road to Chengdu. Arrival in the early evening, the heart still carried by the energy of the mountains.
