Around 11:30 AM, we return to Portugal for your culinary experience, just 15-minute drive to your private family estate (Quinta) in Vilar de Mouros, a charming village known for hosting the oldest music festival in Europe, where you’ll be welcomed with a cocktail surrounded by a peaceful 5,000 m² property filled with trees. At 12:30 PM, your hands-on cooking class begins. Led by a chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, you’ll learn how to prepare 3 traditional Portuguese dishes, while discovering the stories and ingredients behind each recipe.
