Professional Car and Driver Tour

Day 1: Arrival & Chennai Sightseeing
Arrive in Chennai and meet your driver at the airport or hotel. After a short orientation, begin sightseeing covering the city’s cultural and colonial heritage. Visit Kapaleeshwarar Temple, Santhome Cathedral, Fort St. George, St. Mary’s Church, and the Government Museum.

Day 2: Excursion to Mahabalipuram
Drive along the scenic East Coast Road to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Mahabalipuram. Explore the Shore Temple, Pancha Rathas, and Cave Temples, showcasing Pallava-era rock-cut architecture. Enjoy a leisurely walk along Mahabalipuram Beach before returning to Chennai.

Day 3: French Heritage of Pondicherry
Proceed to Pondicherry, known for its Indo-French charm. Visit Auroville (Matrimandir view), Sri Aurobindo Ashram, and stroll through the French Quarter. Continue to Manakula Vinayagar Temple and the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Day 4: Temples of Kumbakonam & Tanjore
Drive to Kumbakonam, the temple town of Tamil Nadu. Visit the UNESCO-listed Gangaikonda Cholapuram and Brihadeeswarar Temple. Continue to Darasuram to explore the Airavatesvara Temple and witness traditional bronze casting at a local workshop.

Day 5: Trichy & Chettinad Experience
Visit key attractions in Trichy before proceeding to the Chettinad region. Explore Chettinad Palace, walk through heritage villages, and observe local craftsmanship. Enjoy a traditional Chettinad-style meal before continuing to Madurai.

Day 6: Cultural Highlights of Madurai
Discover Madurai’s vibrant culture with visits to the flower market, Gandhi Museum, and Thirumalai Nayak Palace. Enjoy a rickshaw ride and join the Vanakkam Madurai walking tour. Conclude the day with an evening visit to Meenakshi Amman Temple.

Day 7: Madurai – Thekkady
Drive into Kerala’s lush landscapes en route to Thekkady. Visit a grapes garden and explore a nearby wildlife sanctuary known for its rich biodiversity. Enjoy the cool climate of the Western Ghats.

Day 8: Alleppey Backwater Cruise
Proceed to Alleppey and board a traditional houseboat or shikara. Cruise through serene backwaters, passing coconut groves, paddy fields, and village life. Enjoy sunset views and a peaceful ambiance.

Day 9: Mararikulam & Kochi Sightseeing
Visit Mararikulam, known for coconut oil production and local cuisine. En route to Kochi, stop to observe coir-making units, tea shops, and rural scenery. In Kochi, visit the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, and Fort Kochi, followed by a promenade walk.

Day 10: Departure from Kochi
After breakfast, transfer to Kochi Airport for your onward flight.
