Punctuality & Boarding
The vessel follows a strict schedule. Please arrive at the pier at least 20 minutes before departure. Boarding closes 5 minutes before start; late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Please allow previous passengers to disembark fully before approaching the ramp.
River Dynamics
The Danube's current affects travel speed; the ship moves at a different pace when travelling with the current versus against it. Seasonal water levels also influence the journey. Our 55-minute route is meticulously timed to showcase all primary landmarks regardless of river conditions.
On-Board Rules & Facilities
Wristband System: Access to the open bar is strictly for guests wearing official wristbands. Crew and guides verify passenger counts against the manifest.
Facilities: Bathrooms close 5 minutes prior to final docking for technical maintenance.
Visibility: While temperature shifts may cause slight window condensation, our open-air decks provide a constant, unobstructed 360-degree panoramic view.
Smoking: Prohibited inside the cabin; permitted only in designated exterior areas.
