Rude staff. Room in poor condition. Not enough towels no bath mat. Had to call down multiple times for the basics. Parking garage in bad condition and very expensive. Sailport Waterfront Suites
Pool was ok, a bit too small for the size of the resort, room was clean, AC was out(they fixed it as soon as possible) renovations around the hotel so some areas were under construction. We travel with kids - non smoking policy signs everywhere, but not followed by the guests and not enforced either, ...
