I had issues even phoning them about checking in and they said that no one would be on shift after 11 PM and I’d have to wait till the next person gets on shift in order to check in. Muskoka Waterfront Retreat
"Dated accommodation needs a full upgrade in facilities. Location is wonderful, aircon was basically a piece of junk that did nothing other than a fan. Area around the microwave was poor for any kind of food prep, ideally needed kitchen sink and area for laundry. Staff were very good."
