Clean room, alot of walking but as expected.

Staff was awesome and helpful

I booked 2 rooms for king size beds and when checking in I got 2 queens separate beds

The room has everything you need, a fridge and microwave, very convenient, and best of all, it's only a 5-minute walk to the park entrance gate!

This hotel was excellent. The room was clean and newly renovated and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Starbucks in the lobby super convenient for breakfast and we also loved the shuttle service because it made it so we could leave Disneyland and take a break mid day at the hotel. We usually stay where we can walk to the park, and this hotel was better than any of those and easier than walking with the shuttle.

Service in restaurant was slow, food was good. Check out process was not good experience. One person at front desk and around 20 people in line. Took a very long time to just checkout and front desk manager should have been made aware and added staff to assist the long line of guests. Was a nice hotel and felt safe and was quiet. Across the street was great shopping.

Room was clean. Steve was friendly and we had the view request requested.
