So happy I chose this riad for my stay in Marrakech - it's in the heart of the medina and within walking distance of the key sites, with Jemaa El Fnaa, Koutoubia mosque, the souks, Bahia palace and the madrassa all within 10-15 minutes on foot. It was very quiet, rooms and bedding were comfortable and spotless, and the on-site hammam was superb. Fati, Abdulaziz and the rest of the team were incredible hosts. They went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed every minute of my stay at the riad and in the city. I had the best time. I can't recommend this riad enough...10/10

Beautiful heritage Riad within the Medina. Old world charm and a quiet oasis within the bustling walls of the old town.

Riad Livia was one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakech. The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooftop was absolutely my favorite part—I found myself wanting to stay there instead of going out because it was so peaceful and beautiful. A special thank you to Youssef and Simo, who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The location is also perfect: about a 10-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, close enough to enjoy all the action but far enough away for quiet, restful nights. The walk back was also a great way to burn off all the delicious Moroccan food! I highly recommend Riad Livia and would gladly stay there again.

Clean quiet space to relax and easy to walk to nearby restaurants and street shops. 15-19 min drive to Zara and MAC store for shopping girlies.

Such a good value little Riad! Was not too tricky to find, and staff were really helpful especially Abdullah who gave us a map and some advice on where was good to visit and eat and was very helpful throughout our stay. The room was basic but clean, had great aircon, and a little en-suite. The rooftop with the little pool was a lovely place to sit and sunbath for a few hours a day. This was also where breakfast was served and it’s lovely up there, although there was a slight bee problem when food was served but totally not the Riad’s fault as it’s outside but just something to note. Overall would recommend for sure.
