insects in the room we had to deal with every day.
Noise generated by housekeeping people from early morning! Disrupted our sleep. Complained to Front Desk but did not improved the situation.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel does not have complimentary breakfast but we had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant next door and it was good. The staff at the front desk is wonderful. Everyone was professional, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with at all times. Special thanks to Jessie and Denise for their assistance. Mahalo!
