Great location, lots of dining and shopping options. Walking distance to beach.

We had an amazing experience ATT his hotel. The staff was nice and the hotel was so clean. The food was amazing and the best part is check out is at noon and our airport shuttle didn’t arrive for pick up until 4:30 and this hotel has an shower for customers to use before you leave after shopping all day and they hold on to your luggage until your ride arrives. Highly recommend this hotel.

The front end of the property is on the main street and the back end is directly on the beach. You can’t get a better combination than that! My only complaint was with my room choice. I chose the sea view suite at the back end, upstairs with a nice balcony and a private spiral staircase down to the pool and beach. The problem was that the shower wasn’t in the bathroom. It was on the balcony. Makes sense for showering after the beach. Makes no sense for normal bathing. Beachgoers and people in the private yard of the room below could look up at me entering and exiting the shower.

Clean, staff were amazing and attentive. Free minibar. The hotel was very big and had a nice infinity pool and a pool by the spa as well. Housekeeping were very good as were the lobby staff.

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

An unbelievable experience!! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is the best I experienced so far Worth every penny I highly recommend
