We upgraded to a remodeled room which was ok. The large cracks on the sides and bottom of the door allowed a LOT of hemp smoke to come through. Our rooms were very well cleaned except the the last day, which did not get cleaned.
Do NOT go to guest services for help!!! They are vultures only trying to offer you free gifts in exchange for a 90 minute time share talk.

Stunning property, great food, and kind staff! Only gripe is that the pool was packed and there were no options for hotel guests other than paying for chairs (which were sold out) and a few first come first serve chairs. I wish that was more transparent so we could have tried to reserve something and enjoyed the pool a little more!
