Ford Island Waterpark Holidays

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is exceptionally convenient, placing us within walking distance of key attractions, dining, and shopping. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, with thoughtful attention to both comfort and style. Every detail, from the décor to the amenities, contributed to a welcoming and memorable experience. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and colleagues and look forward to returning on our next visit.

Family friendly. Restaurants, shops, beach are all walkable. The ocean views from our suite were amazing! Loved the washer and dryer in our 2 bedroom suite. Highly recommend.

Hotel room and shower was a little cramp but other than that, no real complaints.

All staffs, especially pool staffs, are so kind and extremely helpful.

This property badly needs a major upgrade in terms of furniture, carpet/flooring, restrooms, hallways, bathrooms. Royal Hawaiian provides excellent service and amenities that speak of luxury, however, everything appears so shabby and dated. The Azure restaurant should consider changing chefs as the food in the fixed menu dinner was not good. Valet and guest services are excellent. But tipping becomes very costly.

5 STARS. We forgot our rosaries necklaces at the hotel and the hotel was kind enough to ship them back to us. Mahalo!

Shower didn’t get hot. Parking garage was really small and tight spaces

The hotel was lovely, our room was amazing and we had a lovely view from the balcony. The beach and pool towels we so handy, we loved the gym and the pool. There was a bus stop right outside and the beach and shops were so close. The entertainment and cheese and wine night were absolutely brilliant and I loved having free coffee every morning. I stayed here as a mum with my 2 boys and felt completely safe and comfortable. The only negative was the lifts took forever and were very crowded but I think there my have been an issue with a couple of them so I'm sure it's been sorted by now. The best thing about this hotel were the staff on the front desk. They were always so friendly and helpful. The lady that checked us in, I think her name was Biki, she was absolutely amazing. We had just landed from Japan and had a 16 hour time difference and were exhausted. I didn't expect to be allowed to check in early but she arranged it so we could and she also helped out by moving things around so that we could stay in the same room for 6 nights as I'd made 2 bookings over the 6 nights in different rooms. The beautiful room that she arranged for us, letting us check in early and not having to move rooms really made our stay here amazing and we are so grateful to her. She is a credit to the hotel and I can't thank her enough.
