Ford Island Waterpark Holidays

The outdoor seating gets full very quickly and I didn’t get to enjoy it very much during our stay which is unfortunate since they charge a resort fee on top of what they charge for the stay. But the main thing that was very frustrating was the parking situation, They only offer limited valet parking which is also a separate fee from the stay and the resort fee. Apart from that the stay was great, we loved our room and the bed was very comfortable.

I love the Outrigger Beach Resort. Best location on Waikiki and Duke’s is awesome. I wasn’t aware the property would be under construction during our stay. That is my only complaint. Staff was great!

Wow. What a great experience! From the moment I checked in, until I checked out, the experience was memorable. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Management and staff really have it dialed in to make it an amazing experience for their clients. Above and beyond expectations: Reusable metal water bottles in the rooms, breakfast (for 1 person per room) each morning, clear and large gym that was a pleasure to use, very kind and very responsive housekeeping staff... The list goes on. So pleasantly surprised. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in HNL and highly recommend it.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was closed for two days, which was very disappointing. Our room was hot. I would not stay there again.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating to our requests for luggage storage before and after our check-in and check-out. The room has almost a full kitchen and lots of space for longer stays. A great location to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants!
