The room was great. Very spacious and clean. My issue was that when staff came to clean and throw away trash, they left a coffee cup that they were drinking from behind. We were not happy to see that they left their own trash behind in our room. We were happy to have a laundry machine but there’s no dryer so please be wary. I believe the listing says “dryer”but really it’s just a drying rack. The couch was also filthy when we got there.

My family and I made the right decision staying at this hotel! We were extremely impressed with how beautiful and comfortable the hotel was. It is a little bit further from the hustle and bustle of Seoul, but we didn’t mind not being in the middle of the action since we have a baby. Also, it’s worth mentioning, that the breakfast buffet is PHENOMENAL! Very much worth whatever price they’re charging. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, 10/10.

Helpful staff, beautiful room, close to food court and restaurants, shops, and cafes. Excellent gym and sauna. Floor outside can be very slippery when wet, so need to be extra careful.
