We enjoyed our stay! The staff was super welcoming! Breakfast was limited and amenities were too. Housekeeping could use some work but other than that everything was great!

The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! Thank You Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel for the AMAZING hospitality!

Advertised as a five star hotel; no way near there except for the views. Pool in the room was dirty. Staff was total inattentive. Price was way out of line for the quality of service.
