Didn’t like the bed and it was a little bit dirty

Very nice and the breakfast was delicious.

Ideal location for exploring New York. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

The manager saw we were celebrating my friend's 40th birthday and provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne upon check in. The hotel is nice, especially the rooftop pool and bar. The rooms were okay, however the bathroom could use an update. Overall we had a great experience at the hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful. Especially Paola and Marcelo. Hotel is in nice location, clean and rooms are big.

The overall stay at this prepty was good. The only bad things is that the rooms was not vacuumed thoroughly for a 5 Star hotel like The Venetian. I also did not get any VIP perks promised me through Expedia even when I told the hotel front desk that I should be receiving $25 beverage credit per room that we stayed in and a possible upgrade. I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. Other than that, the safety and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent to include the restaurant selections.

No buffet breakfast was offered as mentioned during booking. Not even water dispensing is available

I paid for room with a fountain view but the windows were so dirty it took away from the experience. Plus had trouble with the parking It wouldn’t register my room key and let me out. They owe me 10 dollars for the extra I had to pay to get out. Even the employees told me they had problems since they switched the management firm over the parking lot. Somebody needs to fix this. The air con in the room was on full bore nearly froze me out even when I set temp to 80. Plus why no coffee pot in the room. So cheap
