The location is great, close enough to everything but not on top of it so the noise isn’t outside your window. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast had many options, including vegan and GF clearly marked. Staff was helpful.

My wife and I loved this hotel and their staff. The rooms were clean and had excellent air conditioning. Free private parking, excellent breakfast. We arrived during a very busy season and there were limited accommodation. Daniella helped us get situated and really made us feel at home. Only great things to say and happy memories at this hotel.

The price for the sun beds is hidden.

We used the private beach and were asked our room number assuming this was to ensure we were hotel guests. When we checked out we were charged for the sunbeds on the beach 40 euros. At no time were we informed of this charge. The sunbed staff did not tell us and when we questioned this with reception they refused to refund us or take responsibility. Not good customer service

The grounds were simply breathtaking. Its own private beaches with outstanding views. Quaint library room stocked with books, multiple cozy areas with plush couches all over the hotel where one can sit and relax, multiple dining areas, beautiful pools, delicious buffet breakfast, direct access to the marina walkway bringing you to multiple restaurants, cafes and shopping. The hotel hostess, Carla, is an absolute gem and catered to our every need. Alessandro took incredible care of us at breakfast and preempted our daily coffee and tea requests :) The rooms are fine, although brittle bed sheets and not great pillows but that would not deter me from returning. Even the chamber maids made sure we had what we needed and bent over backwards to accommodate. I absolutely loved my stay and look forward to a return visit.

Property is on a great location only issue was both bridges connecting the hotel to the beach were destroyed at time of visit requiring all guests to take shuttle. Additionally for a five star resort I would have expected the basics: continuous pool service from the bar w out need to go to the bar or flagging someone down. Likewise at the beach as these are just normal for any five star resort. Not a show stopper but an opportunity for the management to provide five star service to their guests while increasing their bottom line.

Super friendly staff. Pretty beach onsite. Great restaurants on site. Advertisement of shuttle service to/from airport non existent. That was not good because the transfer fees were over $100 each way and I should have ordered a car at the airport had I known.
