Overall we had an excellent experience at Hotel Chinzanso, which was our first time in Tokyo and in Japan. We found the staff extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The location is a bit off the beaten path but for us that is a bonus, and travel was easy on the Metro and rail lines. The setting of the garden is especially pleasant, and an oasis from the bustle of a densely populated city.

It’s very convenient for the public transportation and variety of restaurants are all walking distances.

The staff were very nice and spoke good english. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect. We got the view of the tokyo skytree

We returned from Hiroshima to Tokyo for our last night in Japan, and this was a great choice because our initial stay had been in a different location which was residential (Hotel Chinzanso which was also excellent). We left our luggage at 1 pm, went for lunch and to pick up previously ordered items, returned to check in around 6 pm and were offered a free upgrade to a suite which was amazing. And the food/drink in the lounge on 45th floor was so good and plentiful we did not need to go out for dinner. Followed by a final drink in the other lounge. Great way to end the Japan trip.

Great room, we felt at home. Service was excellent and the location was perfect for us. It was nice coming back to a quieter area after busy day trips
