Beautiful hotel. Clean, newly-renovated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great rooftop view and pool. Located directly across from public transit. Central location close to many restaurants and attractions. Definitely recommend to others.

Rooms are lovely, amenities are ok; e.g. the size of the pool is not as large as other hotels, and the amount of seating is quite limited even though there are surely well over 400 suites… food was good, though the menu is VERY limited compared to the drink options. Room Housekeeping was kind and efficient.
Staff was alright - check-in was extremely disappointing as we even arrived after check-in time 3pm and the room was not ready until after 5:30pm. Check-out was smooth and quick, and we got help with extra charges/hidden fees fast.
Hoping to come back very soon!
