The room was fine, we were next to the elevator so all night it was going up and down , the fridge also didn’t work while being there.

The breakfast was amazing and a great money saver. Location is perfect and very centrally located to everything along the piers. I do think the suite should have included the microwave. Instead we had to ask for one that cost an additional $20.

Beautiful setting, clean, nice amenities. Not very accessible at all for those with small children or with disabilities. Lack of clear signage or wayfinding, lack of ramps with stairs, and a very steep entry. Restaurants seemed nice, wish there were more vegan options.

The room had the shower curtain hanging off and the soap and shampoo were completely empty

This hotel was amazing from our host Charles that treated like family to the staff. The rooms super clean and spacious and super close to the main stores and restaurants.

The staff was amazing w the exception off one surly waiter in the dining area/bar area We were there from 8:15- 10 ish last night. He acted like we were putting him out and the service was so slow. He got mad when I asked him if we could order off the bar menu after 9. I was shocked since all other staff was so good.
