Y like were the hotel is, the staff was really good and helpfull, and the hotel is like new.

Nice clean rooms, great location and helpful staff

Room was pretty spotless and the front desk staff was very accommodating.

We stayed here for four nights and were really impressed with the customer service we received from the front desk, housekeeping, and management. However, the rooms and living situation was not what I would expect for a four-star hotel. Although the rooms were cleaned on the surface, there were areas where we thought could’ve been maintained better over the years specifically the bathroom. The bed that we had were also extremely soft, so if you are someone who prefers a medium to firm bed, this may not be the stay for you. The amenities, gym/classes/pool were great, everything that we needed and restaurants nearby and within. Overall, we thought it was quite average for the peer ratings and star rating this resort has.

We loved the Ritz-Carlton, Turtle Bay Resort. Everything about the resort is top notch from the rooms to the restaurants to the pools.

Overall very nice hotel, but if at this price, it should included at least one breakfast

Odd request to turn off AC everytime we leave the unit..we like to come back from a beach day to a cold place. Pillows were the worst. Great location and close to many restaurants

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
