We are a family of five and the suite/hotel was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Highly recommend.

Room was very clean, shout out to Romel? who made our room clean everyday and his hardworking will not go unnoticed. He was very kind and hard working he serviced our room in 509 our whole stay Loved the outdoor pool and all the shops inside. Bonus with the Japanese store Lawson

The location was perfect. Staff was friendly i cal say we enjoyed our time there .the only thing was a problem they didn't have the laundry facility.

The live entertainment for July 4th you could watch from balcony!!

Amazing stay by the beach

This was an ideal luxury hotel, if you can afford it, you’d be hard pressed to find anything better on the island.

The room was clean and had a kitchen and the staff was friendly. I would have like to have quicker service for parking. The parking valet was moving quickly, but there was only one valet to handle all of the guest arriving and leaving.

Great Value in the Heart of Waikiki - One block from Waikiki Beach – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Great price – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Excellent complimentary amenities – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ (beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and more) The location is this hotel's biggest strength. Being just a block from Waikiki Beach made everything easy, and the included beach gear saved us both money and hassle. The hotel was clean, but the rooms definitely feel dated—more like a 1990s roadside motel than a modern resort. Since we were out exploring most of the day, it wasn't a big issue. The only real downside was the noise. We stayed on the second floor and could hear traffic and the nearby karaoke bar. If you're here for the beach and nightlife, it's probably fine. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a peaceful retreat, this may not be the right fit. I've been to Hawaii many times, but this was my first trip with my 7-year-old son. We wanted two nights focused entirely on Waikiki before renting a car to explore the rest of Oahu, and this hotel fit our needs perfectly. If you're a budget-conscious traveler who wants to maximize the Waikiki experience, this is a great choice. If you prefer luxury, modern rooms, or a quiet atmosphere, you may want to look elsewhere. Overall, I'd give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. Great value, excellent location, and I'd happily stay here again for a short Waikiki trip.
