I like the the hospitality and cleanliness. I did not like the lack of a cafeteria or lounge and/or laundry room.

The restaurant is on site with music and events daily! Loved everything about it.

Love the view where we stayed. Very clean and the staff were amazing. Just walking out from the hotel and going straight to the beach was amazing. I have nothing but to say good things about my stay. I will definitely recommend to everyone 😊

Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and cared for, with an ease and professionalism that never felt forced. Our room was peaceful and beautifully appointed, with a lanai that offered sweeping ocean views and the kind of stillness that instantly puts you at ease. The attention to detail—from the crisp linens to the fresh flowers—was impeccable. The pool area is simply stunning, and it’s clear the hotel is maintained with a great deal of pride and care. The overall atmosphere throughout the property is serene and elegant—a true escape from the bustle of Waikiki, while still being perfectly located. This is not just a hotel, it’s an experience. If you’re looking for timeless, understated luxury and genuine hospitality, Halekulani delivers in every way. We left feeling deeply rested and already dreaming about our return.

We stayed in the Diamond Head Tower and the beds were very uncomfortable. Room was clean but dated and needs updating for the nightly fees that Hilton is charging. A good but tired facility.

It was nice and I enjoyed the karaoke bar downstairs

The atmosphere is amazing, the views are wonderful, staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Short walk to the ocean to watch the sunrise. Sunset was beautiful and could be watched from the main lobby. Sit and relax to live music. We were busy and wasn’t able to participate in the morning yoga or get out on the water with the Kayaks ): Breakfast was homemade vegan banana bread, fresh fruit and coffee - delicious. This eco friendly, chicken frolicking, animal friendly treasure is worth checking out!

Nice and clean. Love how accessible it is to the beach and food spots.
