Our room was great, it was very clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were amazing... so helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with . This hotel is in such a great spot, very close to lake and busy market streets but is quieter and easier to get to than many others .

Hotel is managed by a young team with a lot of heart. They did their best to make our stay a pleasant and memorable one. I look forward to stay with them again!

The hotel is outdated and worn. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, 3 star at most. There’s no rooftop bar or any rooftop.
