Ko Surin Nuea Waterpark Holidays

Went near the end of low season for a week and had a very good experience. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, albeit dated. Staff were very friendly, food was very good (breakfast buffet a great value). Pool was great for lounging around and atmosphere was quiet (no kids or partiers). The gym was disappointing - cardio machines broken or not working well, just a few dumbbells and a bench, no towels or way to wipe the bench or mat. I was glad to not have a pool side room as people could swim almost right up to your sliding door and it wouldn’t feel private at all. Personal preference though. The location is close to the beach but still a bit of a walk (~8 minutes) to get around the massive Club Med across the street.

I would definitely recommend this hotel! It’s very clean and all the staff is very kind and helpful! The room was perfect for what I needed, the bed was quite firm which isn’t to my preference but I knew that it would be before I arrived. The amenities were also great! The pool was refreshing and clean, the gym was great, some of the equipment was a little on the older side but it all worked well! I used the breakfast buffet both mornings and it was great! So many options and the fresh fruit was so yummy! I didn’t utilize the spa but I met the kitty and fell in love! Very close to both Kata and Karon Beaches (about a 15 and 5 minute walk respectively). I would definitely recommend this to anyone solo travelling, I had a great experience.

The hotel is wonderful the pool the bar area, the staff everything is amazing.
