The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast gave a wide variety of options. Our only disappointment was room service on our first day. Waited an hour for it to arrive, called them..apparently they forgot our order. When it did arrive 30mins later, the meal was no longer hot.

We would like to expressed my sincere review to The Peninsula Bangkok. We have a pleasant stay with hotel by offering upgrading our room from deluxe to suites. Thank you very much !
The room was immaculate-with beautiful view, spacious for relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. i appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary refreshment and luxurious toiletries.
we definitely will come back again and i already looking forward to my next stay.
