9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,001 reviews)
A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (3,290 reviews)
The rooms are just right for space. The dining options are fine but maybe not necessary as there are plenty of options nearby. The use of the Sky Plaza is great. The beds are too firm as were the pillows so neck ache occurred with two of us.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
This hotel is continent located 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku Train Station and surrounded by many good restaurants, and other stores . We even found a traditional theater, where local seniors forming a long line to get tickets. The hotel is aspirated to established its unique identity by equipped each room with an old style record player, and the quest can check out music they like from the record library in the second floor. The bar is another place to listening music and enjoy drinks. Truly unique!
