The best shower for all hotel I had been. There were so many activities for you to enjoy. I met new friends, so fun. The property builders in 1972, still good maintain. The best of all to make this place luxury was the team members who work here. They were so nice, friendly and helpful.

Dawn and the whole staff were fantastic. The whole island was set up for us to use at all times.

Clean rooms the house was absolutely perfect for our wedding group. We had some of the most amazing views and it was in a perfect location near the airport. An issues we had were dealt with immediately.

This is a really difficult review to write as you have to be there to understand what it’s like. The island is idyllic 500 metres to fully walk around it with clear blue sea and fantastic snorkelling on coral reefs from the beach. Sadly time and passage has killed off lots of coral close to the beach but swim out a short distance and there is endless opportunity. The boat trip and fish feeding were excellent but be warned you will be surrounded by zebra fish which can be overwhelming. The kayaking was good but going onto any neighbouring islands result in a landing fee of $15 per person so we turned around and came back. The staff are very kind and very helpful and there’s always someone to ask a question. The room was basic but really nice with exceptional views and the best sunsets. As vegetarians we struggled a little on a 4 day stay. The evening menu remains unchanged and we had the same starter and main course every night that was a little too repetitive. Breakfast was way too basic for us. 1 juice each morning limited choice and hot water for tea and coffee. Lunch was ok too. There seemed to be very little organisation with good service. Waiting a lot for menus etc. flies were a problem too and food had to be covered with cling film daily. For a 4 star resort I think our expectations were a little higher. There was lots of building work operating all day and late into the night that we were not aware was happening on booking. Loved our stay overall just honest about it

Fantastic rooms (better than the photos suggest!) and staff. The drinks were great, and very generously portioned. The excursions were consistently lovely, especially to the private island which we found amazing. Shout-out to Rocky who was a great guide! Main issues were that the food tended towards being a little overcooked, and the main pool was out of order for our whole stay with no discount or similar offered. Overall though, the hotel and staff were great and we'll probably come back.

The staff here were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The Fijian staff were fantastic however the management didn't really seem to care. We stayed in a water front bungalow for 3 nights and while the accommodation itself was excellent hot water in the shower was a major problem. The people occupying two other bungalows also had hot water issues so it wasn't just ours. This was bought up with management and nothing was done about it. The resort is equipped with 2 restaurants and although the food was good the menu was limited and pricy. Only a kettle and small fridge in the unit so self catering is impossible. We were not told about available facilities so didn't know how to ask about using them, just happened upon kayaks and a volley ball net on our last night. The road in had an unlit sign so we missed it a couple of times and a tight unlit dirt road of about 1km with construction going on for the first several hundred meters. It was a bit of a drive to get to anywhere to sightsee, however if you are here you are on Fiji time. Would recommend for a beautiful location for peace and quiet.
