I have VIP status with Expedia and travel often. I completed the pre check in online and arrived at 3:40 p.m. I was told that if I checked in, I would have to pay $25 for early check in. This is ridiculous; rooms were ready. The manager said there was a new policy that check in started at 4:00. The hotel wanted to nickel and dime customers for the early fee.
When we went back to check in later, I was told to wait in line, again. The next morning, the hotel messaged me to ask when we were checking out. I said 9:15 am and asked if they would give me $25 for an early check out. No response; check out is 11:00.
Cheap hotel with stupid rules. Not worth staying there again.
