Made an honest mistake at booking which I realised in seconds. Management unsympathetic as this is non refundable. Only one coffee sachet and one teabag provided per person. Stingy considering the price. Would have expected unlimited tea and coffee. Staff very pleasant.

Really enjoyed our stay! Staff are pros at friendliness and customer service, surpassing our expectations tremendously. It’s slightly outside Ubud center so a lot more quiet but has shuttles to get you to town easily. Would highly recommend a stay here if in the Ubud area.

I want to go back!!!
I do believe this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. So many details seemed to be taken care of each day. Our plan was to not leave the hotel, as we really just wanted to relax for a couple days. The area around the hotel is fine with a few shops but really, why leave the resort? Next time I am in Bali, we will stay longer!

Property was good, convenient to do activities. Staff were helpful In organising drivers abs tours. The spa was lovely. The restaurant food was delicious. Limited options for restaurants.

We had amazing days staying at Kuta Paradiso. Location is very convenient and close to Markets and walking distance to shopping centre. Beach is just accross the road. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast food was great, plenty options to eat.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
My sister and with the help of hotel staff gave a birthday surprise for our last day.
It was a pleasant stay. Thank you Kuta Paradiso

"Older style but well kept and lovely hotel. Large and good position for hustle and bustle of Kuta. Rooms not fancy and modern but they are clean and well kept. Breakfast could be improved with another egg and omelet outlet. Lining up to get an omelet or bacon is not enjoyable. Staff all seemed lovely ..."
