We upgraded our room to a ground floor interconnecting room as the family room was pretty run down. So glad we did and it had 3 toilets in total. We love the pool as it’s less busy and has well shaded parts. The resort also offered one of the best detox lymphatic massages I’ve had. It was a well balanced treatment with a mix of lymph drainage and gentle Balinese massage.

The breakfast is delicious, the service is more than amazing, all the staff is s ready to serve you!!! I definitely recommend this place...

Alaya resort in Ubud is an excellent 5 star resort in the center of town. big clean rooms,nice pools,excellent breakfast and top notch services. Only complaint is check out was long and the young lady did not follow the queu formed in helping the process leaving us frustrated.

The place was exactly as described. It was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad that I decided to stay there. It’s one of the nicer places within Ubud in the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay.

The rooms were clean and made up daily if you wished. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the first moment of check in and through out the time. It was nice that Asparagus Restaurant at the property was opened early for a fresh and all you can eat breakfast. Thank you to Sita who was just beautiful lady, always smiling and happy to get whatever you needed. This was a great place to stay if you needed to shop, have massages or just get a bite to eat. Highly recommend

Staying at this Airbnb in Ubud, Bali was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything felt peaceful, intentional, and beautifully designed. The space itself was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, blending modern comfort with traditional Balinese charm. Every detail—from the cozy bedding to the open-air living areas—made it feel like a private sanctuary. The location was perfect: tucked away enough to feel calm and secluded, yet still close to great restaurants, shops, and all the cultural spots Ubud is known for. Waking up to the sounds of nature and lush greenery all around was something special—it’s the kind of place where you actually slow down and enjoy where you are. The hosts was equally incredible—warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful without ever being intrusive. They made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out and even shared great local recommendations that made the trip even better. If you’re looking for a place in Ubud that feels both luxurious and authentic, this is it. I would come back in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful, beautiful escape in Bali.
