This place was beautiful and the guests and staff were very friendly! This was my first trip to PR and it definitely won’t be my last..loved the food and the atmosphere it was amazing. The surrounding areas were amazing,we went to other places and the beaches were amazing too..
Thank you for the hospitality and making this experience so special for me and my family! This was a birthday trip for me and a college graduation gift for my niece.

Beautiful property. Central to the area. A few hiccups with checking in late and not being contacted by the butler when I upgraded to a room with butler service. However, the staff was accommodating and gave a room credit for the inconvenience. Food was excellent. Overall, an amazing experience.

Our view of the rainforest was breathtaking! The hotel was beautiful and clean, service was excellent and we were very happy with out stay. The only thing we did not like is that we were put into an adjoining room and at first we could hear the noise. The hotel offered to give us another room but it did not have the view. All in all, things worked out. Great stay!
