Pool area was small and seat cushions were stained and service wasn't good as there was no wait staff. Rooms were ok but this was definitely not a JW quality standard room for cleanliness nor overall quality. Front desk staff advised of guaranteed check-in for 4pm but did not notify of room readiness until after 5pm.

We stayed here two nights. The location is great, lots of restaurants in the area, close to the river and Old Sacramento. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms very late in the evening on first night. The bedding was soaking wet when we went to bed! Obviously extremely inconvenient and disgusting. The staff made the room up with the bed like that, which we found unacceptable. The parking is absurdly overpriced. All things considered, we won't be back.
