The hotel is ok. It’s clean, the breakfast was good and nothing went wrong. Definitely did not meet my expectations tho. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star. Our room was very small and poorly designed.
It’s like a Mexico resort. A little tacky and fine but nothing memorableS

The staff was helpful, so very kind and welcoming! The hotel is in a nice location, the breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious! We will return to this hotel again!

The gym
1. No towels available in the morning if the 15.th
2. The treadmill needs service. One of has the button to reduce speed faulty. The others need service
Breakfast
1. Probably not suited for weatern people.
E.g the bacon was something I have never seen or tasted . Not great.
2. The pastry was old or not baked in the early morning. This is so easy to fix and would add calue to your venue.
3. Cold duck was not welcomed
4. The ham and salami probably my expectation was for a better quality/ type.
5. It a long indian breakfast instead more options for western
The staff was very friendly, the pool well maintained and the garden spectacular.
