One of the best service I have ever had in the hotel industry. The customer service is impeccable. I was treated with utmost respect and assistance that made my stay worthwhile that I would stay for another week or month if I could. I will absolutely come back and already recommended it with friends.

Super helpful staff, convenient transportation and relaxing environment

The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!!

Second time staying here in 7 months and they made noticeable upgrades such as an affordable and very seamless airport to hotel speed boat and shuttle service which made the experience so much more comfortable and convenient.

Beach was immaculate with a wonderful view. Staff was extremely attentive and polite. Bartender Jay and waitress Arianne were standouts. Pool is massive and restaurants provided excellent food. Would stay again.

It was under some renovation, and I had a very strong chemical smell during my stay. It made me sick and have a headache for 4 of the 6 days I was there. Staff was great.
